It is official. Tralendr is now an approved and published app in ChatGPT. That means you can plan a trip inside a normal ChatGPT conversation and save it straight to your Tralendr account as a real, visual, day-by-day itinerary on a map. No copying and pasting, no losing the plan in chat history.
This is a big step toward the simple idea behind Tralendr: you should be able to plan a trip in the assistant you already use, and actually keep the plan.
Watch it in action
Here is a one-minute demo of planning a trip in ChatGPT and saving it to Tralendr.
How to use Tralendr in ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, enable the Tralendr app.
- Sign in to your Tralendr account when prompted. If you do not have one, a free account is created in seconds.
- Plan your trip in the conversation as you normally would.
- When the plan is ready, say "Save this to my Tralendr." The trip lands in your account as a day-by-day itinerary with every place on a map.
For the full walkthrough, including tips and troubleshooting, see the ChatGPT setup guide.
What you can do
- Create a whole trip from a chat. Ask for an itinerary and save the entire plan in one step.
- Add places to specific days. Every place is resolved to a real location on the map.
- Keep refining. Come back later, in ChatGPT or in the app, and the trip is still there to edit.
- Share with one link. Send the trip to anyone. They can open it without an account.
- Use it while traveling. Day by day, on a map, on the web, iPhone, and Android.
More than ChatGPT
ChatGPT is the latest assistant to work with Tralendr, not the only one. Tralendr also connects to Claude, Gemini, and Mistral, with Perplexity on the way. It is built on MCP, an open standard, so one Tralendr account is the home for your trips no matter which assistant you plan in.
Planning, storing, and sharing on Tralendr is free, forever. Try it in ChatGPT and your next trip will still be there long after the conversation ends.
